Turn your favorite photo into a personalized mug. Choose a Disney's PhotoPass photo or a photo from Disney's Photo Gallery or your "My Uploaded Photos" album. Select from over 15 different designs -- you can even personalize your mug with text of your own!

Your photo design will be transferred onto a 15-ounce white dishwasher and microwave-safe ceramic mug. Create one as a gift for someone special, or to remember a favorite Disney moment.

Choosing a Design

Once you have reached the PhotoMug editor, select a design from the Designs menu on the left side of the screen, and whichever design you choose will appear on the mug in the center of the screen. You can change the design as many times as you would like while customizing your PhotoMug.

Adding, Removing or Changing a Photo

After you have chosen a design for your PhotoMug, you can begin adding a photo from the albums which appear on the right side of the screen. You can use Disney's PhotoPass Photos, or photos from "My Uploaded Photos" or "Disney's Photo Gallery."

To add a photo to your PhotoMug design, simply click on the photo you wish to add and hold the mouse button down to drag your selected photo into the PhotoMug editor. When your mouse is positioned over the box that reads "Drag Photo Here," release the mouse button and the photo will appear within your selected design.

You can switch to another photo at any time by clicking and dragging another photo into the PhotoMug editor. If you have already dragged a photo into the design you've chosen for your mug, the new photo will automatically replace the existing one.

To remove a photo from your PhotoMug, simply click the photo and drag it back into your photo album on the right.

Positioning or Changing Photo Orientation

While creating your mug, you can use the positioning and orientation tools to edit the way a photo will appear in your finished PhotoMug.

Zoom Tool

Use this tool to zoom your photo in or out within the mug design you have chosen.

Position Tool

Use this tool to move your photo up, down, left or right within the mug design you have chosen.

Left-Handed / Right-Handed Option

Allows you to switch your PhotoMug design back and forth between left-handed and right-handed orientation. A left-handed mug means the photo is facing you when holding the mug with your left hand. A right-handed mug means the photo is facing you when holding the mug with your right hand. This tool will enable you to choose which direction you would like the photo to be facing for your finished product.

Entering a Caption

To add a caption to your your PhotoMug, simply click and begin typing into the text field that says "Enter a caption here" and once finished, click "Apply." The text you entered will appear on the mug in the design you have chosen. To edit a caption you've already applied to a mug, go back to the text field where you originally entered your caption and you will be able to edit the text. After making the edits, click "Apply" again to see them appear on your PhotoMug.

To remove a caption, click the "Remove" button next to the text field where you entered the caption, and the text will be removed from your PhotoMug.

Changing Your PhotoMug View

While you are creating your PhotoMug, you can use the icons located just below the caption entry fields, to rotate the mug and view from three different angles. This will allow you to see how the artwork will wrap around your PhotoMug.

Previewing & Purchasing Your PhotoMug

When you're finished creating your PhotoMug, select "Preview" to see how your finished mug will look. You can also preview your mug at various angles, or preview the flattened design. If you want to make changes after clicking the preview button, simply select "Return to Editor" and you will be able to make any changes you'd like before finalizing your mug layout. Once you've saved your last changes and are ready to place an order, select "Add to Cart."

Processing Information

Your personalized Disney's PhotoMugs take a minimum of 2 days to process prior to shipping. As soon as an order has been processed, it is shipped using the method requested during checkout. You will receive email notification when your order has been shipped.

To check your order status, log into your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and click "My Account" which appears at the top right of the screen. Then click "Order History" to view any current or completed orders.
