Customizing Your Photo Mouse Pad

Adding, Removing or Changing a Photo

To add a photo to your Disney Photo Mouse Pad, simply click on the photo you wish to add and hold the mouse button down to drag your selected photo into the Disney Photo Mouse Pad editor. When your mouse is positioned over the box that reads "Drag Photo Here", release the mouse button and the photo will appear within your selected design.

You can switch to another photo at any time by clicking and dragging another photo into Disney Photo Mouse Pad editor. If you have already dragged a photo into the design you've chosen for your adress label, the new photo will automatically replace the existing one.

To remove a photo from your Disney Photo Mouse Pad, simply click the photo and drag it back into your photo album on the right.

Positioning or Changing Photo Orientation

While creating your photo mouse pad, you can use the positioning and orientation tools to edit the way a photo will appear in your finished Disney Photo Mouse Pad.

Zoom Tool

Use this tool to zoom your photo in or out within the editor.

Position Tool

Position Tool

Use this tool to move your photo up, down, left or right within the editor.

Note: To access the Zoom and Position tools, simply click on the photo you have added to the editor and the tools will appear on the screen.

Tint Tool

Tint Tool

Use this tool to change the tint to normal (full color), black and white (no color) or sepia (antique color) within the editor.

Choosing a Design

Select a design from the choices along the bottom of the builder. You can preview the different designs by scrolling through the choices.

Purchasing Your Disney Photo Mouse Pad

Once you are ready to place an order, select "Add to Cart". You will then receive a confirmation that your Disney Photo Mouse Pad was added to the cart. Select "Yes" to proceed to checkout, or "No" to stay within the editor.

Note: After you've added a Disney Photo Mouse Pad to your shopping cart, you can no longer make changes to that photo mouse pad. If you wish to create various designs for the same product type, you must start a new photo mouse pad for each design.

Processing & Shipping Information

Your personalized Photo Mouse Pads take a minimum of 2 days to process prior to shipping. As soon as an order has been processed and successfully billed, it is shipped using the method requested during checkout.

To check your order status, log into your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and click “My Account” which appears at the top right of the screen. Then click “Check Order Status” to view any current or completed orders.
