Creating & Purchasing Your Canvas Print

Adding, Removing or Changing a Photo

To add a photo to your Canvas Print, simply click on the photo you wish to add and hold the mouse button down to drag your selected photo into the Canvas Print editor. When your mouse is positioned over the box that reads "Drag Photo Here", release the mouse button and the photo will appear within your selected design.

You can switch to another photo at any time by clicking and dragging another photo into Canvas Print editor. If you have already dragged a photo into the design you've chosen for your adress label, the new photo will automatically replace the existing one.

To remove a photo from your Canvas Print, simply click the photo and drag it back into your photo album on the right.

Positioning or Changing Photo Orientation

While creating your canvas print, you can use the positioning and orientation tools to edit the way a photo will appear in your finished Canvas Print.

Zoom Tool

Use this tool to zoom your photo in or out within the editor.

Position Tool

Position Tool

Use this tool to move your photo up, down, left or right within the editor.

Note: To access the Zoom and Position tools, simply click on the photo you have added to the editor and the tools will appear on the screen.

Tint Tool

Use this tool to change the tint to normal (full color), black and white (no color) or sepia (antique color) within the editor.

Choosing a Design

Select a design from the choices along the bottom of the builder. You can preview the different designs by scrolling through the choices.

Purchasing Your Canvas Print

Once you are ready to place an order, select "Add to Cart". You will then receive a confirmation that your Canvas Print was added to the cart. Select "Yes" to proceed to checkout, or "No" to stay within the editor.

Note: After you've added a Canvas Print to your shopping cart, you can no longer make changes to that canvas print. If you wish to create various designs for the same product type, you must start a new canvas print for each design.

Processing & Shipping Information

Processing Information

Your personalized Canvas Print takes a minimum of 2 days to process prior to shipping. As soon as an order has been processed, it is shipped using the method requested during checkout. You will receive e-mail notification when your order has been shipped.

To check your order status, log into your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and click "My Account" which appears at the top right of the screen. Then click "Check Order Status" to view any current or completed orders.
