Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your DisneyPhotoPass.com password, click on the “Forgot Password” link located above the Sign In button on the DisneyPhotoPass.com website.

Enter the email address associated with your Disney's PhotoPass account along with your first name, and click “Send My Password.” A password will be emailed to your email address, which you can use to sign back into your Disney's PhotoPass account. Please be sure that DisneyPhotoPass@ecommserv.com is on your approved email senders lists to be sure that you receive the password email.

Note: Registration at DisneyPhotoPass.com is separate from registration with the Disney Online family of sites.

Password Email Not Received

If you have not received the email containing your temporary password, please review the contents of your email inbox or junk mail inbox for the password email from DisneyPhotoPass.com. If you do not locate the email, we suggest checking to see if you have an email application in place which could have blocked it.

Please make sure that DisneyPhotoPass@ecommserv.com is listed as an approved sender by your email program.

If you still do not receive it, you will want to check with your Internet Service Provider to allow delivery of an email from DisneyPhotoPass@ecommserv.com.
