If you have forgotten your DisneyPhotoPass.com password, click on the “Forgot Password” link located below the Sign In button on the DisneyPhotoPass.com website.
Enter the e-mail address associated with your Disney's PhotoPass account along with your first name, and click “Send My Password.” A password will be e-mailed to your e-mail address, which you can use to sign back into your Disney's PhotoPass account. Please be sure that DisneyPhotoPass@ecommserv.com is on your approved e-mail senders lists to be sure that you receive the password e-mail.
If you have not received the e-mail containing your temporary password, please review the contents of your e-mail inbox or junk mail inbox for the password e-mail from DisneyPhotoPass.com. If you do not locate the e-mail, we suggest checking to see if you have an e-mail application in place which could have blocked it.
Please make sure that DisneyPhotoPass@ecommserv.com is listed as an approved sender by your e-mail program.
If you still do not receive it, you will want to check with your Internet Service Provider to allow delivery of an e-mail from DisneyPhotoPass@ecommserv.com.
