Disney's Photo Puzzle is available as either a 252-piece carboard puzzle, or a 24-piece foam puzzle. The dimensions of the finished cardboard puzzle are 10" x 14" and the finished foam puzzle is 12.75" x 10".
Note: Disney's Photo Puzzles contain small parts which may be a choking hazard and are not for children under three years of age.
Adding, Removing or Changing a Photo
To add a photo to your Disney's Photo Puzzle, simply click on the photo you wish to add and hold the mouse button down to drag your selected photo into the Disney's Photo Puzzle editor. When your mouse is positioned over the box that reads "Drag Photo Here", release the mouse button and the photo will appear within your selected design.
You can switch to another photo at any time by clicking and dragging another photo into Disney's Photo Puzzle editor. If you have already dragged a photo into the design you've chosen for your puzzle, the new photo will automatically replace the existing one.
To remove a photo from your Disney's Photo Puzzle, simply click the photo and drag it back into your photo album on the right.
Positioning or Changing Photo Orientation
While creating your puzzle, you can use the positioning and orientation tools to edit the way a photo will appear in your finished Disney's Photo Puzzle.
Zoom Tool
Use this tool to zoom your photo in or out within the puzzle.
Position Tool
Use this tool to move your photo up, down, left or right within the puzzle.
Orientation Tool
Allows you to switch your Disney's Photo Puzzle design back and forth between portrait (horizontal) and landscape (vertical) orientation. This will enable you to select the orientation that best fits the photo you would like to use on your Disney's Photo Puzzle.
Purchasing Your Disney's Photo Puzzle
Once you are ready to place an order, select "Add to Cart". You will then receive a confirmation that your Disney's Photo Puzzle was added to the cart. Select "Yes" to proceed to checkout, or "No" to stay within the editor.
Processing Information
Your personalized Disney's Photo Puzzle takes a minimum of 2 days to process prior to shipping. As soon as an order has been processed, it is shipped using the method requested during checkout. You will receive email notification when your order has been shipped.
To check your order status, log into your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and click "My Account" which appears at the top right of the screen. Then click "Order History" to view any current or completed orders.
