Choosing a photo for your Canvas Print is easy! Once you have reached the Canvas Print editor, select a photo from any album shown on the right side of the screen. Simply click on the photo you wish to add and hold the mouse button down to drag your selected photo into the Canvas Print editor. When your mouse is positioned over the box that reads "Drag Photo Here," release the mouse button and the photo will be applied to your canvas.
You can feel free to try another photo at any time by clicking and dragging another photo into the Canvas Prints editor. If you have already dragged a photo onto your canvas, the new photo will automatically replace the old one. To remove a photo from your canvas, simply click the photo and drag it back into your photo album on the right.
You can use the positioning and orientation tools to edit the way a photo will appear in your finished Canvas Print.

Use this tool to move your photo up, down, left or right within your Canvas Print.
Note: To access the Zoom and Position tools, simply click on the photo you have added to your canvas and the tools will appear on the screen.

Processing Information
Your personalized Canvas Print takes a minimum of 2 days to process prior to shipping. As soon as an order has been processed, it is shipped using the method requested during checkout. You will receive email notification when your order has been shipped.
To check your order status, log into your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and click "My Account" which appears at the top right of the screen. Then click "Order History" to view any current or completed orders.
