Personalizing Your Photo Calendar

Creating a Calendar Project

Once you have navigated to the Photo Calendar section, enter a project name and select the month/year you would like your calendar to begin. Our calendars contain 12 months starting from the month you select.

Navigating Within the Calendar Editor

When you enter the Calendar editor, you will be automatically taken to the cover page so you can customize it with a photo and optional text caption. To view a month, simply click any of the icons at the top of the builder screen labeled with the month you wish to view. Once you are taken to a specific month, use the "View Top" or "View Bottom" arrow buttons to view the photo portion (top) or date grid (bottom) for that particular month. You can select from the "Layouts" menu on the left to choose the one that fits best with the photo(s) you wish to use.

Adding, Removing or Changing a Photo

You can add photos from your photo albums, which appear on the right side of the screen. You can use photos from any of your available albums (Disney's PhotoPass Photos, My Uploaded Photos, or Disney's Photo Gallery).

To add a photo to your Calendar, simply click on the photo you wish to add and hold the mouse button down to drag your selected photo into the Calendar editor. When your mouse is positioned over the box that reads "Drag Photo Here," release the mouse button and the photo will appear in the box.

You can try different photos by clicking and dragging them directly into the slots in which you want them to appear. If you have already dragged a photo into a slot and you wish to replace it, drop a new photo into the same slot and it will automatically replace the old one.

To remove a photo from your Calendar, simply click the photo and drag it back into your photo album.

Positioning a Photo

Position any photo within its slot by clicking the photo you wish to move. When your mouse is over a photo, a "Click to Position Photo" bubble will appear. After you click on the photo, the following tools will appear:

To add a new event, fill out the Event Date, Event Type and Event Name fields on the left side of the screen. Only one personal event is allowed per day. After you have filled in the fields, click the "Add to Calendar" button and you will see the information appear on the list to the right of the screen. Continue this step for as many events as you'd like to add. When finished, click the "Done" button on the bottom right to add the event(s) and return to your Calendar.

Editing Personal Events

Once you've added an event, click the "Edit" link next to any event from the list on the Personal Events tab and the information will populate in the fields to the left. You will then be able to edit the information and click "Add to Calendar" when done.
