Disney's PhotoCD includes all original Disney's PhotoPass photos from your account plus copies of any Disney's PhotoPass photos you have edited by cropping or adding graphics. If you have not added any graphics to your photos, the graphics will not be automatically added when you purchase the PhotoCD. The PhotoCD will not include any of your personal uploaded photos or any of the Disney Photo Gallery photos. The photos will be in .jpg format and are high resolution (300 dpi) so that you can later obtain high-quality prints from your home printer or local photo retailer.

Disney's PhotoCD will only contain the photos currently existing in your account in the "Disney's PhotoPass Photos" tab, including the "Disney's PhotoCD Bonus Content" album at the time of your order. Photos from multiple Disney's PhotoPass accounts cannot be combined onto one Disney's PhotoCD.

Note: We suggest you review all of the images in your account and make any edits to your photos prior to purchasing your PhotoCD to ensure your photos include the borders and signatures you desire. The PhotoCD includes all Disney's PhotoPass photos in your account at the time of purchase but will not include any of your personal uploaded photos or Disney Photo Gallery photos. The price of the PhotoCD is the same regardless of the number of Disney's PhotoPass photos in your account.

Delivery Options for Disney's PhotoCD

If your account has less than 700 total photos; including all of the original photos, edited photos, and Disney's PhotoCD Bonus Content photos, you will have the option of choosing to download your Disney's PhotoCD directly to your computer or having the Disney's PhotoCD shipped to you on discs. You will make this choice while adding the Disney's PhotoCD product to your shopping cart.

Choosing to download the Disney's PhotoCD directly to your computer offers the advantages of saving the cost of shipping the product to your home and also allows you to get your photos much faster. This is especially important if you do not live in the United States. If you choose to download your Disney's PhotoCD, your photos will be gathered into a series of compressed .ZIP files of 150 MB each. Each ZIP file will contain about 80 to 90 photos. You will receive an email when your ZIP files are ready to download. The ZIP files will appear in the Download Center located in the lower left of your Home page in your PhotoPass account. You can also access these files by selecting the My Downloads link at the top of every page.

If you choose to download your Disney's PhotoCD to your computer, you will also be offered the opportunity to order a backup disc(s) of your order.

This is an ideal option if you want to receive your Disney's PhotoCD order quickly but still want the security of knowing you have all your photos archived separately on discs. You will be charged for shipping the backup disc to your home address.

Accessing and Downloading Your Disney's PhotoCD

Once you have purchased your Disney's PhotoCD and chosen to download the photos to your computer, a confirmation e-mail will be sent when your files are ready. This email contains a link to your My Downloads page in your account. You can also access this page by clicking the "My Downloads" link on the top right corner of any page. The ZIP files containing the photos from your Disney's PhotoCD are also available in the "My Downloads" section in the lower left corner of your Home page.

Click the "Download Your Photos" button to the right of each ZIP file. When prompted, select the "Save" option to begin download. Choose the location on your computer where you want to save your file(s), and the download will begin automatically.
Note: Download time will vary depending on your internet connection speed. Please do not close the download progress window before the download has completed.

Your files will be available to download until the date specified in both your confirmation e-mail and the My Downloads page, so be sure to download them during this time. Your photos will remain available for downloading until that date even if they expire from your DisneyPhotoPass.com account before then.

Each Disney's PhotoCD order will be gathered into a series of ZIP files. Each ZIP file will contain between 80 and 90 of your photos in .jpeg format as well as a limited license file for your records. The naming convention for the .zip file is includes the order number followed by a dash and then a bundle number (e.g. the file "DisneyPhotopass13571-1.zip" indicates this .zip file was the first bundle of photos from order number 13571). Depending on the number of eligble photos in your at the time of your order, your Disney's PhotoCD may require up to 10 separate .zip files. Be sure to download all of the files.

Note: You will be able to download the .zip files for your Disney's PhotoCD for 10 days from the date of purchase. You are allowed to download each file a maximum of 10 times within the 10 days. After the 10th download or the 10th day (whichever comes first), your downloads will no longer be available. If photos expire from your account, you will still be able to access and download the photos purchased with your Disney's PhotoCD within these guidelines.

Important information - Making prints from the photo files on Disney's PhotoCD: Unedited photo files on Disney's PhotoCD are in a 4" x 6" aspect ratio. Any photos you choose to make edits to will be saved in the aspect ratio size you choose. The default aspect ratio size for edited photos is 4" x 6". If you would like your edited photos to be in a 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" aspect ratio, select either "5" x 7" print" or "8" x 10" print" from the order prints box on the Enhance Photos tab. Then click "Save As Copy". You do not have to actually order the photos or add them to your cart in the 4" x 6" aspect ratio to be able to save them for your PhotoCD order.

Photos that have been purged from our database will not be included on your CD and photo processing is not included with purchase. See storage policy details.

Disney's PhotoCD orders are typically processed within 2 business days. As soon as an order has been processed and successfully billed, it is shipped using the method requested during checkout.

To check your order status, log into your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and click “My Account” which appears at the top right of the screen. Then click “Check Order Status” to view any current or completed orders.
