Disney's PhotoPass Photos
Photos linked to a Disney's PhotoPass ID will be available online by the morning after the photos were taken. Guests must claim photos within 30 days from when the photos were taken. Photos not claimed within 30 days from which they were taken will no longer be available. Once photos are claimed and associated to a DisneyPhotoPass.com account, they will be available for viewing, sharing and purchasing for 30 days from the date they were claimed, after which the photos will no longer be available.
Note: “claiming” means either adding a new Disney’s PhotoPass I.D. number to your account or logging in to your account after new photos have been added to a Disney’s PhotoPass I.D. number which was already associated with your account.
To view the expiration date of a photo in your album, click to enlarge the photo. Beneath the enlarged photo, the expiration date will appear.
You will receive a notification e-mail prior to the removal of the images. Please ensure that your e-mail address is valid and that if you use a Spam filter, that you check your Spam folder for this message. You can also add noreply@certifiedcustomercare.com to your accepted e-mail senders list to help ensure that this important e-mail reaches you. Disney reserves the right to not upload photos which are deemed to be of poor quality and/or contain content that might be deemed to be offensive.
Photo Storage Extension
If you need more time, you may purchase either a 7-day or a 15-day extension for the Disney’s PhotoPass photos in your account. If photos have already expired from your account, those photos cannot be extended. To purchase a storage extension, select the desired extension time from the Products tab, under “Digital Products” and add the extension to your cart. Complete your order as directed. Upon completion of your order, your expiration date will be re-set based on which extension length you chose. Your new photo expiration date will display on your photos when you view them one-by-one (from the “Enhance” tab). You will need to log out and log back in after you purchase storage extension to view the updated photo expiration date(s).
Your Uploaded Photos
The photos that you upload for use in a Photo product will be available for 30 days after they have been uploaded.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product you purchased from our web site, please return the product in its original packaging, along with its corresponding Return Form, within two weeks (14 days) of receiving it and we can refund your credit card or re-produce your order and send it to you.
Disney's PhotoCD
Since Disney's PhotoCD is a personalized product, our policy is to refund or reproduce your product only due to damage or shipping error.
Note: We are not responsible for spelling errors in your finished product and will not issue refunds or re-produce your product due to misspellings. We cannot make changes to the contents of an order after it has been processed. We strongly recommend that you review your entire order and carefully review all text in any products containing text prior to submitting your order.

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind if you are shipping your order to a recipient outside the U.S.

Disney's PhotoCD comes with a limited copyright release agreement which grants permission to reproduce the photos on the disk for personal use only. The copyright agreement is stored on the CD itself and is located in the main directory. Instructions on how to access this file are located on the back of the CD case. You must present this agreement to your photo retailer when you create prints of your Disney's PhotoPass photos.

All photographs taken by Disney's PhotoPass Photographers and all images from the Disney's Photo Gallery are owned and copyright protected by Disney. Please be aware that it is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing pictures or text provided on Web sites does not give you any rights to use them. Only the copyright owner, or the owner's legal agent, can grant permission to copy, distribute, or publicly display protected material.
Disney's PhotoDownloads
Disney's PhotoDownloads come with a limited copyright release agreement which grants permission to reproduce the photo inside the .zip file for personal use only. The copyright agreement is stored inside of the .zip file. You must present this agreement to your photo retailer when you create prints of your Disney's PhotoPass photos.

RulesIf you upload Personal Photos that violate our Terms and Conditions, the photos will be rejected, your order will be cancelled, any projects containing the rejected photos will be removed from your account, and your access to Disney's PhotoPass service may be suspended or terminated.
Technical SpecificationsThe image format must be .jpg or .jpeg, and photos with a maximum dimension of 3009 pixels or over will be resized to a 3008 pixel maximum dimension. Minimum allowable size is 640 x 480 pixels. All photos will be optimized for online usage upon upload. You are responsible for creating back-ups of any content you upload to Disney's PhotoPass site.
