Delivery Times

All of the products ordered from this website are custom manufactured in the United States. The normal production time for your customized product is 1 to 2 business days after the order is received. For example, orders placed on Sunday evening will likely ship on the following Wednesday. Shipping times are in addition to the production times for your order. In some cases, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

For Standard or International Shipping, your order will be delivered with an expected delivery time of 7-10 business days, with a maximum of 14 business days from the time the order is shipped. Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind if you are shipping to a recipient outside the United States. Customs inspections and processing may typically add an additional 4-6 business days to the expected delivery date.

For Express Shipping, you will receive the order in 3-5 business days from the time the order is shipped, with an additional 1-3 business days depending on where you are located and the time the order is shipped. We are not responsible for express delivery delays due to weather.

Note: For all orders placed at DisneyPhotoPass.com, business days are Monday - Friday and do not include U.S. National holidays. We may ship a portion of your order first to serve you more quickly. The rest of your order will follow as soon as the remaining items become available.

Considerations for Military Guests

If your order is being shipped to APO, FPO or other armed services addresses, Guam, American Samoa, or other U.S. Protectorates, please choose Standard Shipping. We do not currently offer Express Shipping to Military Base or U.S. Protectorate addresses. Standard shipping will be used. Learn more about shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

For U.S. Protectorates, select 'United States' as the Country and then select the U.S. Protectorate from the State drop down. The list of U.S. Protectorates follows the U.S. States in the State drop down and includes the following:

Federated States of Micronesia FM
Guam GU
Marshall Islands MH
Northern Mariana Islands MP
Palau PW
Puerto Rico PR
Virgin Islands (U.S.) VI

For APO or FPO addresses, please enter 'APO' or 'FPO' in the City field of the address form and select the appropriate military base from the State drop down. Be sure to select 'United States' in the Country field.

The list of Military Bases follows the list of U.S. States in the State drop down and includes the following:

Armed Forces - Europe AE
Armed Forces - Pacific AP
Armed Forces - Americas AA

The "Armed Forces - Europe" includes Africa, Canada, and the Middle East.

Note: Packages over 16 ounces sent to military addresses may take longer to deliver due to USPS restrictions.
