Clearing Temporary Internet Files
How to clear your Temporary Internet Files

It is recommended that you clear your browser's Temporary Internet Files (cache) after enabling ad/pop-up blocking for DisneyPhotoPass.com.

Note: It may be necessary to clear your cache more than once.

To clear your cache using Internet Explorer:

  1. Close any additional Internet Explorer windows that you have open.
  2. Go to the Tools menu, and then select "Internet Options."
  3. Choose the "General" tab.
  4. Click the "Delete Files" button under "Temporary Internet Files."
  5. Make sure the "Delete all offline content" box is checked.
  6. Click "OK."

To clear your cache using Mozilla and Netscape:

  1. Close any additional Mozilla or Netscape browser windows that you have open.
  2. Go to the Edit menu, and then select "Preferences."
  3. Click the "+" next to "Advanced."
  4. Make sure the "Cache" option is selected.
  5. Select "Clear Cache."
  6. Click "OK."

To clear your cache using Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Close any additional Firefox browser windows that you have open.
  2. Go to the Tools menu, and then select "Clear Private Data..."
  3. Make sure the "Cookies" and "Cache" boxes are checked.
  4. Select "Clear Private Data Now."

To clear your cache using Safari:

  1. Close any additional Safari browser windows that you have open.
  2. Go to the Safari menu, and choose "Empty Cache."
  3. Click "Empty" to confirm this selection.
