It is recommended that you clear your browser's Temporary Internet Files (cache) after enabling ad/pop-up blocking for DisneyPhotoPass.com.
Note: It may be necessary to clear your cache more than once.
- Close any additional Internet Explorer windows that you have open.
- Go to the Tools menu, and then select "Internet Options."
- Choose the "General" tab.
- Click the "Delete Files" button under "Temporary Internet Files."
- Make sure the "Delete all offline content" box is checked.
- Click "OK."
- Close any additional Mozilla or Netscape browser windows that you have open.
- Go to the Edit menu, and then select "Preferences."
- Click the "+" next to "Advanced."
- Make sure the "Cache" option is selected.
- Select "Clear Cache."
- Click "OK."
- Close any additional Firefox browser windows that you have open.
- Go to the Tools menu, and then select "Clear Private Data..."
- Make sure the "Cookies" and "Cache" boxes are checked.
- Select "Clear Private Data Now."
- Close any additional Safari browser windows that you have open.
- Go to the Safari menu, and choose "Empty Cache."
- Click "Empty" to confirm this selection.
