What do you need assistance with?
1. I want to check my order status
Select the "Check Order Status" link in the order confirmation email that was sent or check your order status by clicking on the "Check Order Status" link on your "My Account" page.
2. Use our Online Help section to find answers to commonly asked questions.
3. I need to find my photos. I either lost my Disney's PhotoPass card or photos are missing from my Disney's PhotoPass card.
Fill out our online lost card/photos form and we will try our best to assist you.
4. I'm having problems uploading photos

If you have questions that are not answered in the online help section, or if you have comments about Disney's PhotoPass Service, send us an email.

If you would like to speak to one of our team members, you can reach us at 407-560-4300. Our live phone hours are 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. eastern time, seven days a week. If you reach us after 1 p.m., please leave a message providing your name, phone number, account sign-in information, PhotoPass ID's and a summary of the issue you need assistance with. Once you leave the information, one of our Cast Members will return your call within 24-48 hours.
