Once you have purchased a Pre-arrival Savings Offer, you will receive a credit in your shopping cart on DisneyPhotoPass.com for the product you pre-ordered. When you are ready to purchase, add the product you pre-ordered to your shopping cart and place your order. Applicable shipping and handling charges and taxes will be charged to all orders. The applicable credit will be deducted from your cart and applied to your order. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to fulfill your pre-arrival PhotoCD order just let us know within 90 days from the date of Pre-purchase and we will remove the credit from your cart and grant you a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Disney PhotoPass® products please contact us within 14 days from the date you received your product(s) for a refund. Please note however, once a credit has been applied to an order, a refund will not be granted. While the pre-ordered credit has not expiration date, your photos will expire based on the DisneyPhotoPass.com storage policy. Please be sure to place your order before your photos expire.
